How to be a happy man

This article is about believed positive thinking, self-talking, how to see Happiness and unhappiness in your day to day life. How to be a happy man?
Today, while coming to the office I took a train, I was very happy because I got the window seat. 🙂
but somehow since morning continuously I was searching answers for following questions
1. Why am I unhappy from the last couple of days?
2. Why i negative thoughts coming into my mind?
3. How to become a Happy man?
4. How to avoid these negative thought?
5. How to switch my mind in some other direction so these things will not irritate me.

while talking to me, I got the one very interesting answer. Which gave me so much relief and I was very happy. The answer was “it’s me,  who decided to be unhappy”. Only me, I have chosen to be an unhappy man that’s why I am depressed and thinking so negative.

Afterwards, I was so relaxed and amazingly my thought process completely changed. Some of the very good thoughts and my experience which I would like to share with all they help me to become and Happy man, Positive thinker. so just pen-down these thoughts about “How to be a happy man?”.
1. How you see the situation as a problem or opportunity
Happiness and unhappiness in life result entirely from the rules in your head that we use to evaluate events.  Those rules determine what’s worth focusing on, and how you react to what you focus on.
Is your glass-half-empty or half-full? How you answer this age-old question about positive thinking may reflect your outlook on life, your attitude toward yourself, and whether you’re optimistic or pessimistic.
2. Self-talking
As per experience, I believe positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head every day. These automatic and random thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of our self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that we create because of lack of information.
If the thoughts that run through our head are mostly negative, our outlook on life is more likely pessimistic. If our thoughts are mostly positive, we are likely an optimist, someone who practices positive thinking.
3. Do not think, your worth is based on what others think about you.
Some people define themselves based upon how they guess their boss, co-workers, relatives and friends see them or think about them. When they are convinced that others think poorly of them, such people lack the self-confidence necessary to consistently take action.
Don’t do this, because these assumption always gives you negativity and Over time you become depressed and discouraged in such a way that you will avoid situations where failure is a risk.Because any significant effort entails risk, you are unable to make significant achievements.
4. Do not think, all things should be perfect or do perfectly
Because perfection is unattainable, the people who seek it are simply setting themselves up for disappointment. Perfectionists always blame the world (and everything in it) rather than doing what’s necessary to accomplish extraordinary results.
